Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee for all new hosting accounts. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 14 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount.

Domain name registrations, SSL certificates, dedicated servers, and custom software licenses are non-refundable once activated or registered. Setup fees are also non-refundable.

Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) or Terms of Service (TOS) are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund, you must submit a ticket to our billing department through the Client Area within the first 14 days of your service activation. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

After the initial 14-day period, we do not offer prorated refunds for any unused time if you choose to cancel your service early. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
